Enrollment Process for Preschool, Childcare, Before and After School, and Summer Programs

In order to register for any of the programs named above, the following items must be provided:

  • A completed registration form, provided by GCA
  • A completed, up - to - date immunization record, signed by the doctor or clinician
  • A copy of the child’s original birth certificate
  • The $75.00 registration fee
  • If registering for the summer program only, the fee is $25

 

In addition to the list above, parents registering children in the childcare, or before and after school program must provide copies of their drivers’ licenses to be placed in the sign out book. We do not require children to be signed in when they arrive, but do insist that they are signed out as they leave for the evening.

Children are not allowed to leave the center with anyone other than their parents unless prior notice has been given on the enrollment form, in a handwritten note, or by phone.
